Cold Front
Description: Cold Front is a ledger based floral that represents the first frost that comes in while summer fruits and flowers are still in bloom. Beargrass, chokecherries and other late summer plants will usually go dormant after the first frost, depending on how low the temperatures can drop. Some of the higher elevations in Montana are known to sometimes get snow as early as July, leaving short but beautiful windows when each flower blooms.
